康复护理干预对精神分裂症患者睡眠质量的改善评价分析

Evaluation and Analysis of Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Sleep Quality Improvement of Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:康复护理干预对精神分裂症患者睡眠质量的改善评价分析。方法:选取2021年3月至2022年6月山东省泰安市精神病医院收治的精神分裂症患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予康复护理干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,采用MMAS-8量表分析2组精神分裂症患者的依从性,采用CASI量表评价2组患者的认知功能,采用PANSS量表评价2组患者的精神症状。结果:护理干预后,与对照组比较,观察组精神分裂症患者的依从性、CASI量表评分显著高于对照组,观察组PSQI评分、PANSS量表评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:康复护理干预对精神分裂症患者睡眠质量、认知功能和精神症状的改善效果显著,能够提高患者治疗的依从性,值得推广使用。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on sleep quality of patients with schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 100 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Tai′an Psychiatric Hospital in Shandong Province from March 2021 to June 2022 were selected as research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given rehabilitation nursing intervention based on the control group.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes of sleep quality before and after intervention between 2 groups,MMAS-8 scale was used to analyze the compliance of schizophrenia patients in the two groups,CASI scale was used to evaluate the cognitive function of patients in the two groups,and PANSS scale was used to evaluate the psychiatric symptoms of patients in the two groups.Results:After nursing intervention,compared with the control group,the compliance of patients with schizophrenia in the observation group,CASI scale score was significantly higher than the control group,the observation group PSQI score,PANSS scale score was significantly lower than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing intervention can improve the sleep quality,cognitive function and mental symptoms of patients with schizophrenia significantly,and can improve the treatment compliance of patients,and is worth popularizing.
