分析人性化服务对体检患者睡眠质量的影响

摘要 目的:分析人性化服务对体检患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年4月至2022年10月福建省南平市第一医院体检科收治的健康体检患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规体检护理服务,观察组给予人性化体检护理服务。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的变化,采用自制量表比较2组的体检时长、体检感受、宣传教育、体检效率,并比较2组体检患者的护理满意度。结果:护理干预后,观察组在睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、安眠药物使用和日间功能的评分显著低于对照组,观察组的体检感受评分、宣传教育评分、体检效率评分均显著高于对照组,观察组体检时长显著短于对照组,观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对患者实施健康体检护理工作时给予人性化服务管理,可有效改善患者睡眠质量,提高体检效率,给患者带来了良好体验,有效提高了患者的护理满意度,具有积极的临床借鉴价值。 Objective:To analyze the effect of humanized service on sleep quality of patients undergoing physical examination.Methods:A total of 60 healthy physical examination patients admitted to the Physical examination Department of the First Hospital of Nanping City,Fujian Province from April 2021 to October 2022 were selected as research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine physical examination nursing service,and the observation group was given humanized physical examination nursing service.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes of sleep quality between the 2 groups.The Self-developed Scale was used to compare the length of physical examination,physical examination feeling,publicity and education,and physical examination efficiency between the 2 groups,and the nursing satisfaction of the 2 groups was compared as well.Results:After nursing intervention,the scores of sleep quality,fall asleep time,sleeping time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,sleeping drug use and daytime function in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the scores of physical examination feeling,publicity and education,and physical examination efficiency in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the physical examination duration in the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group,nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanized service management can effectively improve patient′s sleep quality,improve the efficiency of physical examination,bring good experience to patients,effectively improve patient′s nursing satisfaction,and have positive clinical reference value.
