北京市冬季PM_(2.5)重污染环流形式分析及防治

摘要 本文以2022年1月28与29日北京地区典型细颗粒物(即PM_(2.5))重污染过程为例,依据大气颗粒物水平和垂直监测数据,常规及加密自动气象站数据和高时间分辨率风廓线数据,分析重污染过程中不同尺度环流形式,并制定精细化管理机动车与创建扬尘治理小组的防治措施。结果表明:弱高压场控制下,受低风速、强辐射逆温和下沉逆温影响,北京市冬季PM_(2.5)细颗粒物数量增长迅速;通过制定有效的防治措施,可有效降低北京市冬季PM_(2.5)浓度。 This paper takes the heavy pollution process of typical fine particulate matter(i.e.PM_(2.5))in Beijing on January 28 and 29,2022 as an example.Based on the horizontal and vertical monitoring data of atmospheric particulate matter,conventional and encrypted automatic weather station data and high time resolution wind profile data,the different scale circulation forms in the heavy pollution process are analyzed,and the prevention and control measures of fine management of motor vehicles and creation of dust control team are formulated.The results showed that under the control of weak high pressure field,the number of PM_(2.5) fine particles in Beijing increased rapidly in winter due to the influence of low wind speed,strong radiation inversion and sinking inversion.Valid prevention and control measures can effectively reduce the PM_(2.5)concentration in Beijing in winter.
