新时代下加强洱海生态环境保护的实践策略

Practical strategies for strengthening the ecological environment protection of Erhai Lake in the new era

云南省委省政府提出要把大理打造成为集历史文化、旅游名城以及全球一流绿色品牌为一体的示范区,同时力争在2035年之前让洱海流域建设成中国最美乡愁地带与5A级景区,顺利实现绿色发展目标。从目前的实际情况来看,洱海依旧还存在很大的生态危机,是美丽大理建设过程中的重要难题,洱海生态环境保护工作机制与治理效能还有待进一步提升,破解洱海环境治理困境成了一项十分紧迫的工作。本文结合笔者实际工作,分析了洱海生态环境保护工作的基本理念,并提出了加强洱海生态环境保护的实践策略。

The Yunnan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government have proposed to develop Dali into a demonstration area that integrates historical and cultural significance,tourism,and a world-class green brand.They also aim to transform the Erhai Lake basin into the most beautiful nostalgic area and a 5A-level scenic spot in China by 2035,successfully achieving the goal of green development.However,the current situation shows that there are still significant ecological crises in Erhai Lake,which poses an important challenge to the construction of beautiful Dali.The mechanism and effectiveness of Erhai Lake's ecological environment protection still need to be further improved.It has become an urgent task to solve the environmental governance dilemma of Erhai Lake.This article analyzes the basic concepts of ecological environment protection in Erhai Lake based on the author's actual work,and proposes practical strategies to strengthen the ecological environment protection in Erhai Lake.
