摘要
精细化工建设是一把双刃剑,在给社会带来高效益的同时,亦存在着一些不容忽视的安全和环境风险问题,本文以某化工项目为例,探讨分析精细化工建设项目环境风险评价机制建设的重要性。
The construction of fine chemical projects is a double-edged sword.While it brings high efficiency to society,there are also significant safety and environmental risks that cannot be ignored.This paper takes a chemical project as an example to explore and analyze the importance of establishing an environmental risk assessment mechanism for fine chemical construction projects.
