摘要
炭素生产是以针状焦、石油焦、无烟煤、煤沥青为主要原料,通过成型、焙烧、浸渍、石墨化、加工等工序生产炭制品、石墨制品的一种工艺,焙烧作为炭素生产的的重要工序,其烟气成分相对复杂。除常见的SO2、NOX、烟尘之外,还有沥青烟、苯并芘等多种可挥发性有机物。针对这一情况,需要构建多级的烟气环境治理体系对烟气进行高质量的处置。因此,本文以此为研究目标,利用物料衡算方式确定基本组分,利用烟气测定方式确定组分比例,并以此为基础分别对脱硫、脱硝、沥青烟治理等关键环节进行设计,希望为焙烧炉烟气环境治理技术的应用奠定基础。
Carbon production is based on needle coke,petroleum coke,anthracite,coal pitch as the main raw materials,it is a process to produce carbon products and graphite products by molding,roasting,impregnation,graphitization and processing.As an important process of carbon production,the composition of flue gas is relatively complex.In addition to SO2,NOX and soot,asphalt smoke and benzo pyrene are also Volatile organic compound.To address this issue,a multi-stage flue gas environmental control system is needed to effectively treat the flue gas.Therefore,this paper aims to use material balance calculations to determine basic components,and flue gas detection methods to determine component ratios.Based on this,key stages such as desulfurization,denitrification,and bituminous smoke treatment are designed,in order to lay a foundation for the application of environmental pollution control techniques for carbon calcining furnace flue gas.
