摘要
随着社会的发展和民众消费方式的变化,预制菜产业脱颖而出,逐渐成为餐饮消费的新模式,推动了餐饮行业的转型。墨江县预制菜在自然资源、政策支持、产业基础方面有着得天独厚的优势,也面临产业链短、资源分散、产业结构布局不合理、新产品研发水平不足等问题。为了更好促进云南省预制菜产业的创新发展,本文提出了完善产业融合渗透机制、合理优化预制菜产业资源配置、加大新产品研发力度等针对性建议。
With the development of society and the change of people's consumption pattern,the prefabricated food industry has emerged as a new mode of catering consumption,promoting the transformation of the catering industry.Mojiang County's prefabricated dishes have unique advantages in natural resources,policy support,and industrial foundation.Mojiang County's prefabricated dishes also face problems such as short industrial chain,scattered resources,unreasonable industrial structure layout,and insufficient research and development level of new products.In order to better promote the innovative development of the prefabricated vegetable industry in Yunnan Province,this article proposes targeted suggestions such as improving the industrial integration and penetration mechanism,reasonably optimizing the resource allocation of the prefabricated vegetable industry,and increasing the research and development efforts of new products.
