食品机械指的是食品生产加工机械,在食品加工生产过程中,各类机械设备的应用已经非常广泛,且逐步向着全自动化、智能化方向发展,对当代食品安全有着非常重要的影响。本文以“食品机械中智能控制技术应用”作为研究要点,了解、分析食品机械及智能控制技术相关基础内容、技术应用价值等,旨在结合相关现状,明确技术应用情况,预测食品机械中智能控制技术发展前景,为相关工作人员提供一定的参考。

Food machinery refers to food production and processing machinery,in the process of food processing and production,the application of all kinds of machinery and equipment has been very wide,and gradually towards the full automation,intelligent direction of development,has a very important impact on contemporary food safety.In this paper,"the application of intelligent control technology in food machinery"as the research point,analysis and understanding of food machinery and intelligent control technology related basic content,technology application value,aimed at combining the relevant status quo,clear technology application situation,forecast the development prospect of intelligent control technology in food machinery,to provide a certain reference for the relevant staff.
