摘要 “民以食为天,食以安为先”,如何保障“舌尖上的安全”已经成为当下一个非常重要的课题。自2022年我国实现全面脱贫以后,人们普遍不在为温饱问题而烦心,转而对入口的食物是否健康越来越重视。本文根据我国食用农产品现状,浅析问题成因以及对策探讨,为进一步推进食用农产品质量安全监管工作,切实保障人民群众“舌尖上的健康”建言献策。 Food is the top priority for the people,and food safety is the top priority.How to ensure"the safety of the tongue"has become a very important issue at present.After China achieved comprehensive poverty alleviation in 2022,people generally no longer worry about food and clothing,but instead pay more and more attention to whether the food they eat is healthy.Based on the current situation of edible agricultural products in China,this article analyzes the causes of the problems and explores countermeasures,in order to further promote the quality and safety supervision of edible agricultural products and provide suggestions and suggestions for effectively ensuring the"health on the tongue"of the people.
