近年来随着生活节奏的加快以及“懒宅经济”的兴起,具有食用便捷、营养丰富、储存期限长等优点的速冻食品越来越受到广大消费者的喜爱,开始成为人们菜篮子内的重要成员。本文汇总近年来福建泉州地区速冻食品企业生产许可现场核查中常见的否决项和缺陷项问题,旨在为食品生产许可审查员的现场核查工作和企业顺利通过现场核查提供参考。
In recent years,with the acceleration of the pace of life and the rise of the"lazy house economy",quickfrozen food with the advantages of convenient consumption,rich nutrition,and long storage life has become increasingly popular with consumers,and has become an important member of people's food basket.This article summarizes the common vetoes and defects in the on-site inspection of production permit for quick-frozen food enterprises in Quanzhou,Fujian Province,in order to provide reference for the on-site inspection work of food production permit inspectors and the smooth passing of on-site inspection by enterprises.
