In recent years,food safety issues have received increasing attention.As the last step before food sales,food packaging can not only prevent microbial contamination of food,but also facilitate the transportation and storage of food.However,substandard packaging materials have also caused a series of food safety problems.This article discusses the characteristics of food packaging materials and their impact on food safety,and proposes suggestions on how to improve the safety of food packaging materials.
