摘要
农村食品安全关系到农民群众的身体健康和幸福感。在乡村振兴的背景下,农村食品安全治理问题已经有了阶段性的成效,但在食品消费、生产、原料、运输方面仍存在一定程度的安全问题,究其原因在于监督管理不畅、宣传教育不足、村民饮食习惯不良、村民综合素质较低等。唯有优化食品安全监管体系、加强农村食品安全宣传教育、改善村民饮食习惯等,才能实现农村食品安全的多元共治,为乡村振兴战略顺利推进创造良好环境。
Rural food safety is related to the physical health and happiness of farmers.In the context of rural revitalization,there have been phased achievements in the governance of rural food safety.However,there are still certain degrees of food safety issues in food consumption,production,raw materials,and transportation,which can be attributed to factors such as poor supervision and management,insufficient publicity and education,poor dietary habits of villagers,and low overall quality of villagers.Only by optimizing the food safety supervision system,strengthening rural food safety publicity and education,and improving the dietary habits of villagers can we achieve diversified co governance of rural food safety,and create a good environment for the smooth promotion of rural revitalization strategy.
