摘要
本文参照GB 5009.91—2017干灰化法对乳制品进行预处理,采用硝酸溶解,去离子水固定样品体积,同时用标准曲线进行原子吸收光谱检测,设置不同燃烧器偏转角度,并对不同参数下的试验结果进行分析。可以看出,当偏转约为20°时,即钠单位浓度的吸收值为0.04/ppm时,检测精度和准确度较好。
This paper refers to GB 5009.91—2017 dry ashing for pretreatment of dairy products,uses nitric acid to dissolve,deionized water to fix the volume of the sample,and the standard curve at the same time for AAS detection,sets different burner deflection angles,and analyzes the test results of different parameters.It can be seen that when the deflection is about 20°,the absorption value of sodium unit concentration is 0.04/ppm,the detection accuracy and accuracy are better.
