高效液相色谱法测定食品中三氯蔗糖的含量

摘要 本文建立了用于测定食品中三氯蔗糖含量的高效液相色谱法。以国家现行标准为基础,样品经前处理后,采用高效液相色谱-示差检测法检测。在0.02~0.60 mg・mL-1三氯蔗糖线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9997,方法检出限为2.0 mg・kg-1,回收率为98.33%~100.03%,三氯蔗糖标准溶液色谱峰面积相对标准偏差为0.54%。采用该方法测定市售饼干样品共计50份,有三氯蔗糖标识的样本全检出且均未超过0.25 g・kg-1的检出限,未有标识的样本均低于0.25 g・kg-1的检出限,符合饼干不超过0.25 g・kg-1的国家标准。该方法便捷高效,具备可观的准确度与灵敏度,适用于测定食品中的三氯蔗糖含量。 This paper established a high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of sucralose in foodstuffs.Based on the current national standards,the samples were pretreated and then detected by high performance liquid chromatography with differential detection.The linearity was good in the range of 0.02~0.60 mg·mL-1 sucralose with a correlation coefficient of 0.9997.The limit of detection of the method was 2.0 mg·kg-1,the recoveries were 98.33%~100.03%and the relative standard deviations of the peak areas of sucralose standard solutions were 0.54%.A total of 50 samples of commercially purchased biscuits were determined by this method.All samples with sucralose markings were detected and did not exceed the detection limit of 0.25 g·kg-1,while all samples without markings were below the detection limit of 0.25 g·kg-1,which was in accordance with the national standard for biscuits of not more than 0.25 g·kg-1.The method is convenient,efficient,accurate and sensitive and is suitable for the determination of sucralose in foodstuffs.
