多维度健康教育对内镜鼻窦手术患者遵医行为及自我效能的影响

Effect of Multi-dimensional Health Education on Therapy Adherence and Self-efficacy of Patients Undergoing Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

目的:探讨多维度健康教育对内镜鼻窦手术患者遵医行为及自我效能的影响。方法:选取2020年6月—2021年6月抚州市第一人民医院收治的内镜鼻窦手术患者160例,根据入院时间将患者分为观察组及对照组,每组80例。对照组围手术期行常规健康指导,观察组围手术期在对照组基础上行多维度健康教育。比较两组疾病知识水平、遵医行为、不良情绪、自我效能及预后。结果:干预后观察组疾病知识、遵医行为及自我效能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,Lund-kennedy评分低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:多维度健康教育可增强内镜鼻窦手术患者自我效能,减轻患者围手术期不良情绪,提高患者对疾病的认知及遵医行为,有助于改善患者预后。

Objective:To explore the effect of multi-dimensional health education on therapy adherence and self-efficacy of patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery.Method:A total of 160 patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery admitted to First People's Hospital of Fuzhou from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to admission time,with 80 patients in each group.The control group received routine health guidance during perioperative period,and the observation group received multi-dimensional health education on the basis of the control group during perioperative period.The levels of disease knowledge,therapy adherence,bad mood,self-efficacy and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the scores of disease knowledge,therapy adherence and self-efficacy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the Lund-kennedy score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multi-dimensional health education can enhance the self-efficacy of patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery,alleviate the patients'bad mood during perioperative period,improve the patients'cognition of the disease and therapy adherence,and help to improve the prognosis of patients.
