眼周中药膏摩配合羧甲基纤维素钠滴眼液治疗眼部视频终端综合征的效果与安全性

Efficacy and Safety of Periorbital Chinese Materia Medica Ointment Rubbing Combined with Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium Eye Drops in the Treatment of Orbits Ocular Video Terminal Syndrome

目的:探讨眼周中药膏摩配合羧甲基纤维素钠滴眼液治疗眼部视频终端综合征的效果与安全性。方法:选取2019年2月-2022年2月北京市二龙路医院眼科接收的80例眼部视频终端综合征患者,按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(n=40)予以羧甲基纤维素钠滴眼液治疗,研究组(n=40)予以眼周中药膏摩配合羧甲基纤维素钠滴眼液治疗。对比两组症状缓解情况、总有效率、结膜与角膜恢复情况、泪液分泌情况及不良事件发生情况。结果:研究组治疗后不耐久视、眼酸胀痛、干涩灼热、畏光评分均比对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组总有效率为95.00%,比对照组的77.50%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的结膜充血、角膜荧光素染色(corneal fluorescein staining,CFS)评分均比对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的泪膜破裂时间(breakup time of tear film,BUT)、基础泪液分泌试验(SchirmerⅠtest,SⅠT)均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未出现不良事件。结论:眼周中药膏摩配合羧甲基纤维素钠滴眼液治疗眼部视频终端综合征可有效缓解患者症状,提高疗效,并进一步促进结膜与角膜恢复,改善泪液分泌功能,且安全性较高。

Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of periorbital Chinese materia medica ointment rubbing combined with Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium Eye Drops in the treatment of orbits ocular video terminal syndrome.Method:A total of 80 patients with orbits ocular video terminal syndrome admitted to the Ophthalmic Department of Beijing Er Long Lu Hospital from February 2019 to February 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=40)was treated with Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium Eye Drops,and the study group(n=40)was treated with periorbital Chinese materia medica ointment rubbing combined with Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium Eye Drops.The symptom relief,total effective rate,conjunctiva and cornea recovery,tear secretion and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the scores of endurance vision,eye soreness and pain,dry and burning and photophobia in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of conjunctival congestion and corneal fluorescein staining(CFS)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the breakup time of tear film(BUT)and SchirmerⅠtest(SⅠT)in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse events in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:Periorbital Chinese materia medica ointment rubbing combined with Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium Eye Drops can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients with orbits ocular video terminal syndrome,improve the curative effect,further promote the recovery of conjunctiva and cornea,and improve the function of tear secretion,with high safety.
