摘要
目的对比内镜下鼻中隔成形术与内镜下鼻中隔切除术在鼻中隔偏曲矫正中的应用效果。方法选择2021年1月至2023年1月收治的102例鼻中隔偏曲矫正患者,根据手术方法不同分为对照组(n=42)和观察组(n=60)。对照组行内镜下鼻中隔切除术治疗,观察组行内镜下鼻中隔成形术治疗。比较两组的临床指标、嗅觉功能、生活质量、并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1个月,两组的嗅觉识别阈值降低,RQLQ评分升高,观察组的嗅觉识别阈值低于对照组,RQLQ评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为3.33%,显著低于对照组的21.43%(P<0.05)。结论与内镜下鼻中隔切除术相比,内镜下鼻中隔成形术在鼻中隔偏曲矫正中可显著改善临床指标,提高术后嗅觉功能和生活质量,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To compare the application effects of endoscopic septoplasty and endoscopic septectomy in the correction of deviated nasal septum.Methods 102 patients with correction of deviated nasal septum admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=60)according to different surgical methods.The control group was treated with endoscopic septectomy,and the observation group was treated with endoscopic septoplasty.The clinical indicators,olfactory function,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).1 month after surgery,the olfactory recognition threshold of the two groups decreased,and the RQLQ scores increased(P<0.05);The olfactory recognition threshold of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the RQLQ score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.33%,significantly lower than 21.43%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with endoscopic septectomy,endoscopic septoplasty in the correction of nasal septal deviation can significantly improve the clinical indicators,postoperative olfactory function and quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications.
