经鼻高流量氧气湿化吸入治疗慢阻肺患者的临床效果及对其肺功能及炎性因子水平的影响

摘要 目的探讨经鼻高流量氧气湿化吸入治疗慢阻肺患者的临床效果及对其肺功能及炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取2020年7月至2022年2月我院收治的96例慢阻肺患者,随机分为研究组(n=48)和对照组(n=48)。除基础对症治疗外,对照组采用布地奈德福莫特罗雾化吸入治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用经鼻高流量氧气湿化吸入治疗,均连续治疗14 d。比较两组的治疗效果、肺功能及炎性因子水平。结果研究组治疗总有效率为91.67%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC高于对照组,PCT、hs-CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经鼻高流量氧气湿化吸入治疗慢阻肺患者效果显著,可明显改善其肺功能,降低炎性因子水平。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of nasal high-flow oxygen humidification inhalation in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and the influence on lung function and inflammatory factor levels.Methods 96 COPD patients admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to February 2022 were selected and randomly divided into study group(n=48)and control group(n=48).In addition to the basic symptomatic treatment,the control group was treated with budesonide formoterol atomization inhalation,and the study group was treated with nasal high-flow oxygen humidification inhalation on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 14 days.The treatment effect,lung function and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 91.67%,higher than 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FEV_(1) and FEV_(1)/FVC of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the PCT and hs-CRP levels were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nasal high-flow oxygen humidification inhalation has significant effect in the treatment of COPD patients,which can significantly improve the lung function and reduce the inflammatory factor levels.
