摘要 目的探讨神经介入支架取栓术治疗缺血性脑卒中的效果及对患者血流动力学指标的影响。方法将62例患者随机分为两组,对照组采用静脉内溶栓治疗,观察组采用神经介入支架取栓术治疗。比较两组的血管再通率、血流动力学指标与血管内皮功能指标。结果观察组血管再通率为93.55%,高于对照组的70.97%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组Vs、Vm高于对照组,RI、PI低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组FMD高于对照组,baPWV低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论神经介入支架取栓术治疗缺血性脑卒中的效果显著,可有效疏导患者闭塞血管,改善其大脑血流动力学与血管内皮功能。 Objective To explore the effect of neuro-interventional stent thrombectomy in the treatment of ischemic stroke and the influence on hemodynamic indicators.Methods 62 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with intravenous thrombolysis,and the observation group was treated with neuro-interventional stent thrombectomy.The vascular recanalization rate,hemodynamic indicators and vascular endothelial function indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The vascular recanalization rate of the observation group was 93.55%,higher than 70.97%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Vs and Vm of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the RI and PI were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FMD of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the baPWV was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Neuro-interventional stent thrombectomy has significant effect in the treatment of ischemic stroke,which can effectively dredge the occluded vessels and improve the cerebral hemodynamics and vascular endothelial function.
