艾迪注射液辅助靶向药物治疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌老年患者近期疗效及免疫功能的影响

Influence of Aidi Injection Assisted Targeted Drug Therapy on Short-Term Efficacy and Immune Function in Elderly Patients with Advanced Non-Small CellLung Cancer

目的探讨艾迪注射液辅助靶向药物治疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)老年患者近期疗效及免疫功能的影响。方法选取我院2016年1月至2018年12月收治的120例晚期NSCLC老年患者,随机分为研究组和对照组各60例。研究组采用GP(吉西他滨+顺铂)化疗联合艾迪注射液治疗,对照组仅采用GP方案化疗,均治疗2个疗程。比较两组患者的近期疗效及免疫功能。结果治疗2个疗程后,两组的ORR(40.00%vs.30.00%)比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);研究组DCR为83.33%,明显高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)CD25^(+)Treg比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)CD25^(+)Treg低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论艾迪注射液辅助靶向药物治疗晚期NSCLC老年患者,可明显提升近期疗效,提高患者的免疫功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of Aidi injection assisted targeted drug therapy on the short-term efficacy and immune function of elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods 120 elderly patients with advanced NSCLC admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the study group(60 cases)and the control group(60 cases).The study group was treated with GP(gemcitabine+cisplatin)chemotherapy combined with Aidi injection,while the control group was treated with GP alone.Both groups received two courses of treatment.The short-term efficacy and immune function were compared between the groups.Results After 2 courses of treatment,no statistical difference was found in the ORR(40.00%vs.30.00%)between the groups(P>0.05).The DCR of the study group was 83.33%,significantly higher than 66.67%of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+) and CD4^(+) CD25^(+)Treg between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the CD3^(+) and CD4^(+) of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the CD8^(+) and CD4^(+)CD25^(+) Treg were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Aidi injection assisted targeted drug therapy can significantly enhance the short-term efficacy and improve the immune function of elderly patients with advanced NSCLC,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
