中医推拿护理用于小儿慢性咳嗽的效果及对血清指标的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Massage Nursing on Children with Chronic Cough and the Influence on Serum Indicators

目的探讨中医推拿护理用于小儿慢性咳嗽的效果及对血清指标的影响。方法选取2020年9月至2022年9月我院收治的200例慢性咳嗽患儿,按照抽签法分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用中医推拿护理。比较两组的干预效果、症状缓解时间及血清指标。结果观察组总有效率为93.00%,高于对照组的81.00%(P<0.05)。观察组咳嗽、咳痰、肺部啰音缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平降低,且观察组MCP-1、hs-CRP、PCT水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医推拿护理用于小儿慢性咳嗽,可增强干预效果,缩短患儿症状缓解时间,抑制炎性介质的释放。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine massage nursing on children with chronic cough and the influence on serum indicators.Methods 200 children with chronic cough admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the method of drawing lots.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine massage nursing.The intervention effect,symptom relief time and serum indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.00%,higher than 81.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The relief time of cough,sputum and lung rale in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)in the two groups decreased,and the levels of MCP-1,hs-CRP and PCT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions TCM massage nursing for children with chronic cough can enhance the intervention effect,shorten the symptom relief time,and inhibit the release of inflammatory mediators.
