围术期护理路径结合舒适护理对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤次全切术患者心理健康及术后恢复的影响

Influence of Perioperative Nursing Pathway Combined with Comfort Nursing on Mental Health and Postoperative Recovery of Patients with Laparoscopic Subtotal Myomectomy

目的探讨围术期护理路径结合舒适护理对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤次全切术患者心理健康及术后恢复的影响。方法将2021年6月至2022年5月于我中心行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤次全切术的72例患者随机分为两组各36例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行围术期护理路径结合舒适护理。比较两组的心理健康、术后恢复情况及术后并发症发生率。结果护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及术后24h疼痛评分低于对照组,术后排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间均短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围术期护理路径结合舒适化护理能够有效改善腹腔镜子宫肌瘤次全切术患者的心理健康,减少并发症的发生,加快术后恢复。

Objective To explore the impact of perioperative nursing pathway combined with comfort nursing on mental health and postoperative recovery of patients with laparoscopic subtotal myomectomy.Methods 72 patients with laparoscopic subtotal myomectomy in our center from June 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received perioperative nursing pathway combined with comfort nursing.The mental health,postoperative recovery and postoperative incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The SAS and SDS scores and pain score at 24 hours after surgery of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the postoperative exhaust time and recovery time of intestinal sounds were shorter than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Perioperative nursing pathway combined with comfort nursing can effectively improve the mental health of patients with laparoscopic subtotal myomectomy,reduce the complications,and speed up accelerate postoperative recovery.
