胃癌组织中HOXC10表达与临床病理特征的关系分析

Analysis on the Relationship between HOXC10 Expression and Clinical Pathological Characteristics in Gastric Cancer Tissues

目的分析胃癌组织中HOXC10表达与临床病理特征的关系。方法选取2019年1月至2022年12月厦门大学附属中山医院收治的80例胃癌患者,根据HOXC10mRNA水平将其分为低表达组(n=33)与高表达组(n=47)。收集并比较不同HOXC10表达胃癌患者的一般资料,分析胃癌组织中HOXC10表达与临床病理特征的相关性。结果不同HOXC10表达胃癌患者的性别、年龄比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),而胃癌病理分级、TNM分期、Lauren分型、T分期以及N分期比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。进一步经Logistic回归分析结果显示,胃癌病理分级、TNM分期、Lauren分型、T分期、N分期是影响胃癌组织中HOXC10表达的独立因素(P<0.05)。结论胃癌组织中HOXC10表达与临床病理特征关系密切,且胃癌病理分级、TNM分期、Lauren分型、T分期、N分期是影响胃癌组织中HOXC10表达的独立因素。

Objective To analyze the relationship between HOXC10 expression and clinical pathological characteristics in gastric cancer tissues.Methods 80 patients with gastric cancer admitted to Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from January 2019 to December 2022 were divided into low expression group(n=33)and high expression group(n=47)according to the HOXC10 mRNA level.The general data of gastric cancer patients with different HOxCi0 expression were collected and compared,and the correlation between HOXC10 expression and clinical pathological characteristics in gastric cancer tissues was analyzed.Results No statistical difference was found in the gender and age in gastric cancer patients with different HOXC10 expression(P>0.05),but statistical difference was found in the pathological grade,TNM stage,Lauren classification,T stage and N stage of gastric cancer(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that pathological grade,TNM stage,Lauren classification,T stage and N stage were independent factors affecting the HOXC10 expression in gastric cancer tissues(P<0.05).Conclusions HOXC10 expression in gastric cancer tissues is closely related to the clinical pathological characteristics,and the pathological grade,TNM stage,Lauren classification,T stage and N stage of gastric cancer are independent factors affecting the expression of HOXC10 in gastric cancer tissue.
