2型糖尿病患者血尿酸水平变化与应用价值

Changes and Application Value of Serum Uric Acid Level in Patients With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨2型糖尿病患者机体血尿酸(UA)水平变化及UA的应用价值。方法选取2021年10月—2022年10月淄川区医院收治的80例2型糖尿病患者为观察组,同期选取80名健康体检者为对照组,两组均实施UA检测,对比两组检测结果,同时根据UA水平分为高血尿酸组和正常血尿酸组,检测并对比两组临床生化指标。结果观察组UA水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高血尿酸组患者TC、TG、Scr、FPG、HbA1c水平和颈动脉内膜中层厚度均高于正常血尿酸组,HDL-C水平低于正常血尿酸组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者与正常人相比UA水平升高的风险更大,而UA高水平会增加动脉粥样硬化的发生概率,引发慢性并发症,因此针对2糖尿病患者应重视UA水平的控制,实现积极预防并发症的目的。

Objective To explore the changes of serum uric acid(UA)level in patients with type 2 diabetes and its ap-plication value.Methods 80 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Zichuan District Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 80 healthy people were selected as the control group at the same time.Both groups were tested for UA,and the results of the two groups were compared.At the same time,accord-ing to the UA level,they were divided into a high blood uric acid group and a normal blood uric acid group,and the clinical biochemical indicators of the two groups were tested and compared.Results The UA level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TC,TG,Scr,FPG,HbA1c,and carotid intima-media thickness in the high blood uric acid group were higher than those in the normal blood uric acid group,while the levels of HDL-C were lower than those in the normal blood uric acid group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with normal people,pa-tients with type 2 diabetes have a greater risk of increased UA level,and high UA level will increase the probability of atherosclerosis and cause chronic complications.Therefore,for patients with 2 diabetes,attention should be paid to the control of UA level to actively prevent complications.
