度拉糖肽注射液在不同BMI的2型糖尿病患者治疗中的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Dulaglutide Injection in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients with Different BMI

目的对比不同体质指数(body mass index,BMI)2型糖尿病患者接受度拉糖肽注射液治疗的效果与价值。方法选择2020年6月—2021年12月龙口市中医医院收治的2型糖尿病患者80例作为回顾性研究对象,根据患者BMI指数不同分作A组(BMI:24~27 kg/m²,30例)、B组(BMI:28~30 kg/m²,30例)、C组(BMI:>30 kg/m²,20例),均接受相同药物度拉糖肽注射液治疗,比较3组患者治疗前后血糖水平及血脂指标。结果3组患者治疗前血糖水平、血脂指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,患者血糖指标呈下降趋势,血脂指标中总胆固醇、三酰甘油及低密度脂蛋白呈降低趋势,高密度脂蛋白指标呈升高趋势。其中C组患者治疗后血糖水平均明显低于B组与A组,B组患者血糖水平低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组患者治疗后血脂指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论度拉糖肽注射液可用于临床治疗2型糖尿病,能够降低患者血糖、血脂指标,尤其针对BMI指数>30 kg/m²患者,效果更明显。

Objective To compare the effect and value of type 2 diabetic patients with different body mass index(BMI)indices receiving dulaglutide injection.Methods Eighty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Longkou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for treatment from June 2020 to December 2021 were selected as retrospec-tive study subjects.The patients were divided into group A(BMI:24-27 kg/m²,30 cases),group B(BMI:28-30 kg/m²,30 cases)and group C(BMI:>30 kg/m²,20 cases)according to the different BMI indices,and all received the same drug dulaglutide injection.The blood glucose level and blood lipid indexes of the three groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The blood glucose level and blood lipid index in 3 groups before treatment were com-pared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood glucose index of patients showed a downward trend,the blood lipid index of total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein showed a downward trend,while the high density lipoprotein index showed an upward trend.The blood glucose level of group C was significantly lower than that of group B and group A after treatment,and the blood glucose level of group B was lower than that of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of serum lipid indexes in 3 groups after treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Dulaglutide injection can be used in the clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,and it can reduce the blood glucose and lipid index of pa-tients,especially for patients with BMI>30 kg/m²,the effect is more obvious.
