循证自我管理措施对老年高血压合并糖尿病患者的效果分析

Effect of Evidence-based Self-management Measures on Elderly Patients with Hypertension and Diabetes

目的探讨循证自我管理措施对老年高血压合并糖尿病患者生活质量与心理弹性的影响。方法选取2019年9月—2021年9月东营市中医院收治的96例老年高血压合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机均分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组患者采取常规护理方式,观察组患者进行1个月的循证自我管理。比较两组一般自我管理行为效能、血糖水平、住院时间、精神状态(焦虑状态)。结果护理后,观察组一般自我效能评分高于对照组,血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院平均时间短于对照组,精神状态评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于循证的自我管理对老年高血压合并糖尿病患者心理弹性及生活质量的影响偏向好的一面,值得在临床上应用推广。

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based self-management measures on the quality of life and mental resilience of elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes.Methods 96 elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes admitted to Dongying Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 48 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing care,and patients in the observation group were treated with evidence-based self-management for 1 month.Compare the general self-management behavior efficacy,blood glucose levels,hospital stay,and mental state(anxiety state)between the two groups.Results After nursing,the general self-efficacy score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the blood sugar level was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average hospitaliza-tion time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the mental state score was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based self-management has a positive effect on mental resilience and quality of life in elderly patients with hypertension and dia-betes,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
