多学科协作模式联合个体化饮食护理对老年糖尿病患者血糖水平及并发症的影响

Effects of Multidisciplinary Collaborative Model Combined with Individu⁃alized Diet Nursing on Blood Glucose Level and Complications in Elderly Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的探究分析老年糖尿病患者联合应用多学科协作模式、个体化饮食护理干预的临床价值,评估对患者血糖水平以及并发症产生的影响。方法选取2021年6月—2022年6月宁德市福鼎精神病人疗养院经临床检查确诊的100例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象,经随机数表法划分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组应用多学科协作模式联合个体化饮食护理,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组生理功能、躯体功能、社会功能以及精神健康等指标得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后血糖水平控制效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率4.00%低于对照组的18.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病患者采取多学科协作模式联合个体化饮食护理干预,对于调控血糖水平以及提升患者遵医行为、生活质量具有关键性作用,且可以预防并发症发生。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical value of combined application of multidisciplinary collabora-tive model and individualized diet nursing intervention in elderly patients with diabetes,and evaluate the impact on blood glucose level and complications in patients.Methods From June 2021 to June 2022,100 elderly diabetes pa-tients diagnosed by clinical examination in Ningde Fuding Psychiatric Sanatorium were selected as the research ob-jects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,50 case in each group.The con-trol group implemented routine nursing,and the observation group applied multidisciplinary cooperation mode com-bined with individualized diet nursing to compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results The scores of physi-ological function,physical function,social function,and mental health indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had a better effect on controlling blood sugar levels after nursing care than the control group,the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.00%lower than that in the control group,which was 18.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The multidisciplinary co-operation mode combined with individualized diet nursing intervention for elderly patients with diabetes plays a key role in regulating blood sugar level,improving patients'compliance behavior and quality of life,and can prevent com-plications.
