ICU内对应激性高血糖的糖尿病患者行早期综合护理干预的效果观察

Effectiveness of Early Integrated Care Intervention for Diabetic Patients with Stress Hyperglycemia in ICU

目的探究对重症加强护理病房(intensive care unit,ICU)内应激性高血糖的糖尿病患者行早期综合护理干预的效果。方法选取2019年2月—2021年3月江门市新会区人民医院ICU内应激性高血糖的糖尿病患者77例为研究对象,根据护理方式分为对照组与观察组,对照组37例,观察组40例。对照组行ICU基础护理,观察组在对照组基础上行早期综合护理。对比两组预后效果。结果观察组护理满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各时间段空腹血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各恢复指标用时均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将早期综合护理应用于ICU内应激性高血糖糖尿病患者的护理中,干预效果十分显著,可快速有效降低患者的血糖水平,促进后续恢复,有效减少并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the effects of early integrated care interventions for diabetic patients with stress-induced hyperglycemia in intensive care units(ICUs).Methods A total of 77 diabetic patients with stress hyperglyce-mia in the ICU of Jiangmen Xinhui District People's Hospital from February 2019 to March 2021 were enrolled,and were divided into control group and observation group,with 37 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the observa-tion group.The control group received ICU basic nursing,and the observation group underwent early comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group.The prognostic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Nursing sat-isfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of each recovery index in the ob-servation group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The to-tal incidence rate of complication in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of early comprehensive nursing to the nursing of pa-tients with stress hyperglycemia diabetes in the ICU has a significant intervention effect,which can quickly and effec-tively reduce the blood glucose level of patients,promote subsequent recovery,and effectively reduce the occurrence of complications.
