手术室循证护理对妊娠糖尿病剖腹产患者术后血糖水平及并发症的影响

Effect of Blood Glucose Level and Complications of Caesarean Section Pa⁃tients with Gestational Diabetes after Evidence-based Nursing in Operat⁃ing Room

目的评估手术室循证护理应用于妊娠糖尿病(gestational diabetes,GDM)剖腹产患者中的效果及对术后血糖水平、并发症的影响。方法纳入2020年7月—2021年12月于联勤保障部队第九〇〇医院行剖腹产术的60例GDM患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为两组,每组30例。对照组采用常规手术室护理。观察组采用手术室循证护理。比较两组心理状况、血糖水平、术后并发症情况。结果护理前,两组心理状况评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组心理状况评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术前30 min血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后2 h血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率(3.33%)低于对照组(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在GDM患者行剖腹产时采用手术室循证护理,能够减轻心理应激反应,减少低体温、感染等术后并发症,降低术后血糖水平。

Objective To evaluate the effect of evidence-based nursing in the operating room in patients with gesta-tional diabetes(GDM)caesarean section and its influence on postoperative blood glucose level and complications.Methods 60 GDM patients who underwent cesarean section at the 900th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force from July 2020 to December 2021 were included as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups using a ran-dom number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine operating room care,while the observation group received evidence-based operating room care.Compared the psychological status,blood sugar levels,and postoperative complications between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no statisti-cally significant difference in the psychological status scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the psy-chological status score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups at 30 min before surgery(P>0.05);the blood glucose level in the observation group at 2 h after surgery was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postop-erative complications in the observation group(3.33%)was lower than that in the control group(20.00%),the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing in the operating room during caesar-ean section in GDM patients can reduce psychological stress response,reduce postoperative complications such as hy-pothermia and infection,and reduce postoperative blood glucose level.
