羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病微血管病变的疗效及对患者血糖水平的影响

Efficacy of Calcium Dobesilate in the Treatment of Diabetic Microangiopa⁃thy and Effects on Patients'Blood Glucose Levels

目的观察羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病微血管病变的疗效及对患者血糖水平的影响分析。方法选取2021年6—11月火箭军广州特勤疗养中心收治的糖尿病微血管病变患者100例,以随机数表法分成两组,各50例。对照组接受常规治疗,研究组对照组基础上联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的血糖、血脂与凝血指标,评价治疗疗效。结果治疗前,两组血糖、血脂比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,各项血糖、血脂指标较治疗前均改善,且研究组血糖、血脂指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在糖尿病微血管病变治疗的药物选择上,羟苯磺酸钙治疗,相对于常规的治疗方式使患者的血糖指标水平与血脂水平显著降低,临床治疗的疗效显著提升,效果理想。

Objective To observe the efficacy of calcium dobesilate in the treatment of diabetic microangiopathy and the analysis of the effect on patients'blood glucose level.Methods From June to November 2021,100 patients with microangiopathy of diabetes admitted to the Guangzhou Special Service Sanatorium of the Rocket Army were selected and divided into two groups by random number table,50 patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the study group received calcium dobesilate treatment in combination with the control group.Com-pared the blood glucose,blood lipids,and coagulation indicators of two groups of patients before and after treatment,and evaluated the therapeutic effect.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose and lipid levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,all blood glucose and lipid indicators im-proved compared to before treatment,and the blood glucose and lipid indicators in the study group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no statisti-cally significant difference in prothrombin time(PT)and thrombin time(TT)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In terms of drug selection for the treatment of diabetes microvascular disease,calcium dobesilate treat-ment,compared with conventional treatment,significantly reduces the level of blood glucose indicators and blood lipid levels of patients,significantly improves the efficacy of clinical treatment,has ideal effects,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
