地塞米松联合左氧氟沙星对化脓性中耳炎患者听力的影响

Effect of dexamethasone combined with levofloxacin on hearing in patients with suppurative otitis media

目的分析地塞米松联合左氧氟沙星对化脓性中耳炎患者听力的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月我院收治的100例化脓性中耳炎患者为研究对象,以入院编号的奇偶性将其分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组实施左氧氟沙星治疗,观察组实施地塞米松联合左氧氟沙星治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及耳道分泌物降钙素原(PCT)、转化生长因子-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))水平均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的气导听力损伤、骨导听力损伤、500 Hz听阀、1000 Hz听阀、2000 Hz听阀均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论地塞米松联合左氧氟沙星治疗化脓性中耳炎的效果显著,可改善患者的炎症情况,提升听力水平,具有重要的应用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of dexamethasone combined with levofloxacin on hearing in patients with suppurative otitis media.Methods A total of 100 patients with suppurative otitis media admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects.According to the parity of admission numbers,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levofloxacin,and the observation group was treated with dexamethasone combined with levofloxacin.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of serum C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and procalcitonin(PCT)and transforming growth factor-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))in ear canal secretions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the air conduction hearing impairment,bone conduction hearing impairment,500 Hz hearing threshold,1000 Hz hearing threshold and 2000 Hz hearing threshold in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Dexamethasone combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of suppurative otitis media has a significant effect,which can improve the inflammatory condition and hearing level of patients,with important application value.
