摘要 目的分析同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、胱抑素C(Cys-C)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、尿β_(2)-微球蛋白(Uβ_(2)-MG)、尿白蛋白(UAlb)对糖尿病肾病的诊断价值。方法选取2019年1月至2021年6月我院80例糖尿病肾病患者作为观察组,选取同期我院80例糖尿病无肾病患者作为对照组。测量并比较两组的Hcy、Cys-C、hs-CRP、Uβ_(2)-MG、UAlb水平,观察各生化指标单一及联合检测对糖尿病肾病的诊断价值。结果观察组的Hcy、Cys-C、hs-CRP、Uβ_(2)-MG、UAlb水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合检测对糖尿病肾病的诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确度高于各生化指标单一检测(P<0.05)。结论Hcy、Cys-C、hs-CRP、Uβ_(2)-MG、UAlb联合检测在糖尿病肾病诊断中更具价值。 Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of homocysteine(Hcy),cystatin C(Cys-C),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),urineβ_(2)-microglobulin(Uβ_(2)-MG)and urinary albumin(UAlb)in diabetic kidney disease.Methods Eighty patients with diabetic kidney disease in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected as observation group,and 80 patients with diabetes without kidney disease in our hospital at the same period were selected as control group.The levels of Hcy,Cys-C,hs-CRP,Uβ_(2)-MG and UAlb were detected and compared between the two groups,and the diagnostic value of single and combined detection of biochemical indicators for diabetic kidney disease was observed.Results The levels of Hcy,Cys-C,hs-CRP,Uβ_(2)-MG and UAlb in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of combined detection for diabetic kidney disease were higher than those of single detection of biochemical indicators(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of Hcy,Cys-C,hs-CRP,Uβ_(2)-MG and UAlb is more valuable in the diagnosis of diabetic kidney disease.
