髌周围刺联合温针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果及对炎症因子水平、骨代谢指标的影响

Effect of peripatellar acupuncture combined with warm acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and its influences on inflammatory factors levels and bone metabolism indexes

目的探讨髌周围刺联合温针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果。方法选取2018年10月至2021年10月我院收治的80例膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上实施髌周围刺联合温针灸治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)各维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的环氧合酶-2(COX-2)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)及抗酒石酸盐酸磷性酸酶异构体-5b(TRACP-5b)水平均低于对照组,骨钙素(OC)、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BALP)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论髌周围刺联合温针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果较好,有助于改善膝关节功能,减轻炎症反应,调节骨代谢指标水平,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of peripatellar acupuncture combined with warm acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with peripatellar acupuncture combined with warm acupuncture on the basis of routine treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of each dimension of the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2),insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase-5b(TRACP-5b)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of osteocalcin(OC)and bone-specific alkaline phosphatase(BALP)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Peripatellar acupuncture combined with warm acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has a better clinical effect,which is helpful to improve knee joint function,reduce inflammatory reaction and regulate bone metabolism indexes level,which is worthy of promotion.
