消银颗粒配合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗慢性湿疹的效果

Effect of Xiaoyin granule combined with mometasone furoate cream in the treatment of chronic eczema

目的探讨消银颗粒配合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗慢性湿疹的效果。方法选取2020年1月至12月我院收治的80例慢性湿疹患者,将其随机分为常规组(40例,糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗)和观察组(40例,消银颗粒配合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的湿疹面积、严重程度、瘙痒程度评分、靶皮损面积、经表皮水分流失量(TEWL)低于常规组,角质层含水量(WCSC)高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、中性粒细胞百分比(NEUT%)及免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平低于常规组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论消银颗粒配合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗慢性湿疹效果较好,可改善患者的湿疹症状及皮损程度,减轻炎症及免疫反应,且不良反应少,安全有效。

Objective To explore the effect of Xiaoyin granule combined with mometasone furoate cream in the treatment of chronic eczema.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic eczema admitted in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into routine group(40 cases,mometasone furoate cream treatment)and observation group(40 cases,Xiaoyin granule combined with mometasone furoate cream treatment).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the eczema area,severity,pruritus scores,target lesion area and trans-epidermal water loss(TEWL)in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group,the water content of stratum corneum(WCSC)was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),eosinophils(EOS),neutrophil percentage(NEUT%)and immunoglobulin E(IgE)in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaoyin granule combined with mometasone furoate cream is effective in the treatment of chronic eczema,it can improve the symptoms of eczema and the degree of skin lesions,reduce inflammation and immune response,and has fewer adverse reactions,which is safe and effective.
