信息化健康宣教对高血压患者居家血压管理及 服药依从性的影响

Effects of information health education on home blood pressure management and medication compliance in patients with hypertension

目的探讨信息化健康宣教对高血压患者居家血压管理及服药依从性的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年2月我院收治的92例高血压患者作为研究对象,采用简单随机分组法将其分为对照组和观察组,各46例。对照组给予常规健康宣教,观察组给予信息化健康宣教。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预6个月后,两组的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预6个月后,两组的服药依从优良率均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预6个月后,两组的用药管理、情绪管理、饮食管理、运动管理、工作与休息、病情监测评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论信息化健康宣教可提高高血压患者居家血压控制效果、服药依从性及自我控制管理能力。

Objective To explore the effects of information health education on home blood pressure management and medication compliance in patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 92 patients with hypertension admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by simple random grouping method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education,and the observation group was given information health education.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 6 months of intervention,the systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the excellent and good rate of medication compliance in the two groups was higher than that before intervention,and that in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the scores of medication management,emotional management,diet management,exercise management,work and rest and disease monitoring in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Information health education can improve the effect of home blood pressure control,medication compliance and self-control management ability of patients with hypertension.
