基于自我效能理论的健康教育结合Cox健康行为互动模式干预对尿毒症血液透析患者自我管理行为、饮食治疗态度及并发症的影响

Effects of health education based on self-efficacy theory combined with Cox health behavior interaction model intervention on self-management behavior,dietary treatment attitude and complications of uremic hemodialysis patients

目的探讨基于自我效能理论的健康教育结合Cox健康行为互动模式干预用于尿毒症血液透析患者护理中的效果。方法以抽签法随机将2019年7月至2021年7月我科收治的88例尿毒症血液透析患者分为对照组(常规护理干预)和观察组(基于自我效能理论的健康教育结合Cox健康行为互动模式干预),各44例。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组自我管理能力量表各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的饮食治疗态度量表(ASDTH)各维度评分均高于对照(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于自我效能理论的健康教育结合Cox健康行为互动模式干预用于尿毒症血液透析患者的护理中,有助于改善其自我管理行为和饮食治疗态度、减少并发症发生。

Objective To explore the effect of health education based on self-efficacy theory combined with Cox health behavior interaction model intervention in the nursing of uremic hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 88 uremic hemodialysis patients admitted in our department from July 2019 to July 2021 were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing intervention)and observation group(health education based on self-efficacy theory combined with Cox health behavior interaction model intervention),with 44 cases in each group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of each dimension of the self-management ability scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of the Attitude Scale for the Dietary Therapy of Hemodialysis Patients(ASDTH)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education based on self-efficacy theory combined with Cox health behavior interaction model intervention applied in the nursing of uremic hemodialysis patients helps to improve their self-management behavior and dietary treatment attitude and reduce complications.
