摘要
开发一套风电机组混塔-基础动力学计算模型,进行不同运行工况下的混塔-基础动力响应计算,结合现场实测数据对比分析模型准确性,并以此建立风机叶轮塔筒基础的远程监测及故障预警系统,为风机运行策略优化提供依据,对故障分析、安全预警提供技术支持。实测结果表明此系统可准确展现风机实时状态以及预警分析,实现对风场的高效监测和智慧运维。
A set of tower-foundation dynamics calculation model of wind turbine was developed,and the dynamic response under different operating conditions was carried out.Combined with the on-site measured data,the accuracy of the model is compared and analyzed,and the remote monitoring and fault warning system of the wind turbineis established to verify the optimization effect of the wind turbine and provide technical support for fault analysis and safety warning.The measured results show that the system can accurately display the real-time status of the wind turbine and early warning analysis,and realize efficient monitoring and intelligent operation and maintenance of the wind farm.
