摘要
由于儿童血管细、新手护士技术不够熟练等原因,一些特殊人群和场所造成静脉注射成功率偏低。为了提高静脉注射成功率,基于红外系统和图像处理技术,设计并制作了浅静脉投影装置。通过图像采集、图像处理和图像投影后,该装置可以在手背等静脉注射位置准确显示血管位置和粗细。经过试验验证,所设计的静脉注射辅助装置能够大幅度提高静脉注射一次性成功率,在医疗环境中具有很好的应用前景。
Due to the thin blood vessels of children and the unskilled skills of novice nurses,the success rate of intravenous injection is low in some special groups and places.In order to improve the success rate of intravenous injection,based on infrared system and image processing technology,the superficial vein projection device is designed and manufactured.After image acquisition,image processing and image projection,the position and thickness of blood vessels can be accurately displayed at the intravenous injection site such as the back of the hand.After experimental verification,the designed and manufactured intravenous injection auxiliary device can greatly improve the one-time success rate of intravenous injection,and has a good application prospect in the medical environment.
