摘要 针对恶劣天气情况下,电力调度员在进行电网因灾应急信息报送过程中存在的流程复杂、定位困难、耗时耗力等问题及其伴随的漏报、错报等安全风险,提出了建设主配网协同调度智能推送因灾损失信息系统,自动筛选、汇总所需数据并生成因灾损失信息报表,提供电网运行的关键信息。该系统采取分布式架构,总体架构分为数据采集、数据存储、数据计算、数据分析、任务调度等形式服务,以实现数据的采集、存储、分析、应用。目前,项目成果已在调控班组中投入使用,该系统能够快速、准确地完成因灾损失信息的统计与报送。 In view of the severe weather situation,power dispatchers have problems such as complex processes,difficult positioning,time-consuming and labor-intensive problems in the process of reporting power grid emergency information due to disasters,and the accompanying safety risks such as missing and false reports,a collaborative dispatching intelligent disaster loss information system for the main distribution network is proposed to automatically screen and summarize the required data and generate disaster loss information reports,providing key information for grid operation.The system adopts a distributed architecture,and the overall architecture is divided into data collection,data storage,data computing,data analysis,task scheduling and other forms of services to realize data collection,storage,analysis and application.
