Discussion on Difficulties and Strategies of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler with Biomass High and Low Differential Velocity Beds

The problems and countermeasures of high and low differential bed biomass circulating fluidized bed boilers such as difficult slag discharge,ash accumulation corrosion and countermeasures were mainly introduced in this paper.Through the inspection and treatment of coking,ash accumulation and ash block analysis by stopping the furnace maintenance,the characteristics of biomass ash,the causes of coking,ash accumulation and corrosion of biomass boilers were gradually understood,and the prevention and treatment measures of coking and ash in biomass boilers were basically mastered.The technical characteristics and biomass fuel characteristics of high and low differential circulating fluidized bed boilers are comprehensively analyzed and summarized,which provides ideas and technical references for boiler operation.
