摘要
电厂正常运行所需的燃煤和出口的粉煤灰等大宗货物运输大都优先选择水路运输,水运效率高,公路油耗成本为9分/吨公里,铁路油耗成本为1.5分/吨公里,水运油耗成本则只要0.6分/吨公里。内河运输在降低碳排放、温室气体排放、环境污染、事故、噪音等方面,都具有很大的优势。煤碳和粉煤灰水路运输必须通过码头来装卸,但内河码头布置需与港口规划、航道规划、江河流域规划、城市规划等相协调,码头设计方案直接影响码头乃至电厂效益、影响整个电厂的价值。
Most of the bulk goods such as coal-fired and exported fly ash required for the normal operation of the power plant are preferred by water transportation,which has high efficiency,and the cost of road fuel consumption is 9 cents/ton km,the cost of railway fuel consumption is 1.5 points/ton km,and the fuel consumption cost of water transportation is only 0.6 points/ton km.Inland waterway transportation has great advantages in reducing carbon emissions,greenhouse gas emissions,environmental pollution,accidents,noise,etc.Coal and fly ash waterway transportation must be loaded and unloaded through the wharf,but the layout of inland wharves needs to be coordinated with port planning,waterway planning,river basin planning,urban planning,etc.,and the wharf design scheme directly affects the efficiency of the wharf and even the power plant,and affects the value of the entire power plant.
