山岭高速公路高墩大跨度预应力盖梁支撑体系技术研究

摘要 大跨度高墩预应力盖梁施工支撑难度大,施加预应力技术要求高。本文结合莆炎高速公路承福亭1号大桥高墩大跨度预应力盖梁工程实践,从支架方案选择、施工工艺等方面对大跨度预应力盖梁施工技术进行探讨,取得了良好的施工效果,对类似工程具有一定的借鉴意义。 The construction of high pier and long-span prestressed capping beam is difficult to support,and the technical requirement of prestressing is high.Combined with the engineering practice of high pier and large span prestressed capping beam of No.1 Bridge in Chengfuting of Puyan Expressway,the construction technology of large span prestressed capping beam is discussed from the selection of support scheme and construction technology,etc.Good construction effect has been obtained,which has certain reference significance to similar projects.
