武穴长江公路大桥钢箱梁安装总体施工技术

摘要 随着国家综合实力的提升,建造桥梁的技术不断创新、水平不断提高,跨江跨海这类大跨径桥梁的主梁越来越多的采用钢箱梁。文章结合武穴长江公路大桥,系统性地研究了主梁钢箱梁安装施工、中跨合龙施工工艺,以及钢箱梁安装后的线形调控,并对钢箱梁安装的重难点进行了研究,给出了较为合理的解决方案,优化了传统施工方法,为同类型桥梁施工提供了参考。 With the improvement of the comprehensive strength of the country,the technology of bridge construction is constantly innovative and the level is constantly improved.More and more steel box girders are used in the main beams of such long-span bridges across rivers and seas.Combining with WuXue Yangtze River Highway Bridge,this paper systematically studies the installation and construction of main girder steel box girder,the closing construction technology of middle span,as well as the linear regulation after the installation of steel box girder,and studies the important and difficult points of steel box girder installation,gives a more reasonable solution,optimizes the traditional construction method,and provides a reference for the construction of similar types of bridge.
