连续梁节段预制架设在高速铁路建设中的应用

摘要 中国“十四五”规划和2035年远景目标纲要对坚持创新驱动发展、全面塑造发展新优势作出一系列战略部署。围绕国铁集团发起“改革促发展,先行展作为”的号召,通过引进国内外先进技术、工艺工法,高水平推科技创新。高速铁路连续梁节段预制、架设作为桥梁绿色建设的代表工法,通过工厂化施工,提高施工效率,加快施工进程。本文对某高速铁路连续梁节段预制场进行了研究阐述,通过比选架设方案,得出最优架设方案,可促进高速铁路连续梁绿色建设的创新发展,并为后续类似项目提供借鉴,具有现实指导意义。 China's 14th Five Year Plan and the 2035 Long Range Goals outline have made a series of strategic deployments to adhere to innovation driven development and comprehensively shape new advantages in development.Centering on the call of China Railway Group to"promote reform and development,and take the lead in development",we aim to promote technological innovation at a high level by introducing advanced technologies and processes from both domestic and foreign sources.The prefabrication and erection of continuous beam segments on high-speed railways,as a representative method of green bridge construction,improve construction efficiency and accelerate the construction process through factory construction.This article studies and elaborates on the prefabrication yard of a high-speed railway continuous beam segment.By comparing and selecting the installation plan,the optimal installation plan is obtained,which can promote the innovative development of green construction of high-speed railway continuous beams and provide reference for similar projects in the future,and has practical guiding significance.
