矿井提升机换绳装置电气控制系统的设计与试验

摘要 针对矿井提升机钢丝绳更换存在效率低、成本高、可能出现诸多不安全因素、易造成人员伤亡等问题,本文通过分析矿井提升机钢丝绳更换工艺及换绳要求,设计了一种履带牵引式新型连续换绳装置,提出了新型连续换绳装置电气控制系统方案,完成了硬件系统选型和软件系统编程。在某煤矿进行现场调试和试验后得出,本次设计的履带牵引式新型连续换带装置实现了对矿井提升机钢丝绳的连续更换,换绳速度提高了60%以上,换绳过程平稳可靠,速度波动小,取得了满意的试验结果。 In response to the problems of low efficiency,high cost,potential unsafe factors,and easy casualties in replacing the steel wire rope of mine hoists,this paper analyzes the replacement process and requirements of the steel wire rope of mine hoists,designs a new type of tracked traction continuous rope changing device,proposes a new electrical control system scheme for the continuous rope changing device,and completes hardware system selection and software system programming.After on-site debugging and testing in a coal mine,it is concluded that the new crawler traction type continuous belt changing device designed this time realizes the continuous replacement of the wire rope of the mine hoist,the rope changing speed is increased by more than 60%,and the rope changing process is stable and reliable,the speed fluctuation is small,and satisfactory test results are obtained.
