基于共振特征的电梯故障点定位的研究

摘要 针对电梯故障定位复杂问题,本文提出一种基于共振特征的定位方法。该方法先记录电梯正常运行时的振动信号,形成振动信号集合;然后,监测电梯运行时的振动信号,并发现异常共振;最后,提取异常共振的特征,并进行特征对比,以确定电梯故障的位置。Matlab仿真显示,基于共振特征的电梯故障识别时间较短,故障点定位的准确性更高,可以满足电梯运行时的故障排查要求。 Aiming at the complex problem of elevator fault location,this paper proposes a location method based on resonance characteristics.This method first records the vibration signals of the elevator during normal operation to form a vibration signal set.Then,the vibration signal during elevator operation is monitored and abnormal resonance is found.Finally,the features of abnormal resonance are extracted and compared to determine the location of the elevator fault.Matlab simulation shows that the resonance feature based elevator fault identification time is shorter,and the accuracy of fault location is higher,which can meet the requirements of troubleshooting during elevator operation.
