摘要
井上压风机作为煤矿的重要生产设备,其运行状态直接影响煤矿生产安全及效率。目前,多数煤矿压风机仍采用现场分散的人工操作,通过手动控制空压机启停并人工定期巡检,已无法满足当前发展需求。针对上述问题,本文采用PLC及变频器作为控制核心,提出了一种可实现压风机远程启停、实时监测及恒压供气的井上压风机集控系统设计方案。系统采用分布式PLC控制结构及模糊PID控制算法,实现了对多台风机的集中控制与自适应供气,有效提高了压风机智能运行水平。
As an important production equipment in coal mines,the operation status of the well pressure fan directly affects the safety and efficiency of coal mine production.At present,most coal mine compressed air fans still use on-site decentralized manual operation,which can no longer meet the current development needs by manually controlling the start and stop of the air compressor and conducting regular manual inspections.In response to the above issues,this paper adopts PLC and frequency converter as the control core and proposes a design scheme for the centralized control system of the well mounted pressure fan that can achieve remote start stop,real-time monitoring,and constant pressure gas supply of the pressure fan.The system adopts a distributed PLC control structure and fuzzy PID control algorithm,achieving centralized control and adaptive gas supply for multiple fans,effectively improving the intelligent operation level of the compressed air fan.
