摘要
为了研究矿井提升机在制动过程中制动参数对制动性能的影响,本文建立了提升机盘式制动器数学模型,分析了影响矿井提升机制动性能的因素,并在simulation X中搭建出制动系统模型进行仿真研究,研究了在不同加速度曲线下钢丝绳张力、提升容器速度以及电磁转矩变化规律,得出正弦加速度曲线下的系统冲击最小,制动力矩更大,制动过程平稳,可以得到较好的制动特性。负载质量越大,完成制动过程需要的制动力越大,制动力矩的波动较大,且非常容易引起钢丝绳张力的突变,为此,需要尽可能避免重载启动和制动。研究结论可以为后期提升系统的恒减速制动或制动性能优化的研究提供参考。
In order to study the influence of brakin g parameters in the process of brake,this paper established the mathematical model of lift disc brake,analyzes the factors affecting the brake performance of mine hoist,and build the braking system model in simulation X simulation study,studied the wire rope tension under dfferent acceleration curve,improve the container speed and electromagnetic torque change rule,concluded that the system of the minimum impact,the braking torque is bigger,the braking process is smooth,can get better braking characteristics.The greater the load mass,the greater the braking force required to complete the braking process,the greater the fluctuation of braking torque,and it is very easy to cause the change of stel rope tension,so it is necessary to avoid heavy load starting and braking as far as possible.The research conclusion can provide a reference for the study of constant deceleration braking or braking performance optimization of the later lifting system.
