SAMS系统与E+H温变TMT82不兼容问题的研究

Research on Incompatibility Between SAMS System and E+H Temperature Change TMT82

本文主要针对塔石化乙烯装置运行过程中SAMS系统与TMT82型温变不兼容导致温度不定期跳零问题进行分析研究,得出这种现象由SAMS系统与TMT82温变的HART协议版本存在差异使温变重启而造成,可通过更换HART协议版本低的TMT182型温变解决此问题。

This paper mainly analyzes and studies the prob lem of temperature irregular zero jump caused by the incompatibility between SAMS system and TMT82 temperature change during the operation of tower petrochemical ethylene plant,and concludes that the temperature change restart caused by the difference between the HART protocol version of SAMS system and TMT82 temperature change,which can be solved by replacing the TMT182 temperature change with a lower version of HART protocol.
