摘要
为进一步增强火电厂电气控制效果,本文将介绍一种适用于火电厂电气设备自动化控制的电气控制系统。该系统主要包括系统硬件开发设计和系统软件开发设计两部分内容。其中系统硬件设计包括电气主接线设计、主要硬件设备选择、厂用电系统接线设计、交流不停电电源系统设计、直流电源系统设计、二次接线及继电保护设计、自动装置设计等;系统软件设计包括基本软件功能设计、数据库设计、监控系统设计等。为确认火电厂电气控制系统的开发设计成效,将系统应用于工程实践,应用结果表明,该系统可有效提高火电厂运营经济效益,满足安全生产相关要求。
In order to further improve the effect of electrical control in thermal power plants,this paper will introduce the development and design of an electrical control system suitable for automatic control of electrical equipment in thermal power plants.The system mainly includes two parts:system hardware development and system software development and design.The hardware design of the system includes electrical main wiring design,main hardware equipment selection,auxiliary power system wiring design,AC uninterrupted power supply system design,DC power system design,secondary wiring and relay protection design,automatic device design and so on.System software design includes basic software function design,database design,monitoring system design and so on.In order to confirm the effectiveness of the development and design of the electrical control system of the thermal power plant,the system is applied to the engineering practice,the application results showed that the system of the thermal power plant can effectively improve the operational economic benefits of the thermal power plant and implement the relevant requirements of safety production.
